How long does my order take to ship?

How are items shipped?

Items are carefully packed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Currently international shipping is available only through manual request. If you wish to order internationally, please email details (item, your name, shipping address, and email address) to orders@katiewilloughby.com. I will contact you with options and costs.

What is your return policy? 

If your item is damaged during shipping, please email pictures of the packaging and the items, with your order number in the subject line, within 5 days of receiving. We will respond with instructions for returning and getting a refund.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, I will be able to refund your payment (but not the shipping and handling costs) if I receive the returned the item(s) in good condition within 21 days. Please re-pack carefully and ship back to me via USPS Priority Mail with insurance sufficient to cover the full value of the item(s).
